Employment Pass

The Employment Pass is a work pass for foreign professionals, managers and executives.
Candidates need to earn certain amount of salaries which MOM presents and have acceptable qualifications.

S Pass

For mid-level skilled staff. Candidates need to earn certain amount of salaries and have the relevant qualifications and work experience.

Letter of Consent (For Dependent Pass holder)

For Dependent Pass holder who is the spouse of Employment Pass holder, with salary minimum of S$6,000 and above, can apply for Letter of Consent (LOC) by employer and able to work in Singapore.
→ (Updated)From 1 May 2021, all dependants of foreigners with a Dependant's Pass will need an applicable work pass (e.g. EP, S Pass or Work Permit) to work in Singapore instead of an LOC. Dependant’s Pass holders who are business owners may continue running their businesses on an LOC if they meet specified criteria.

Long Term Visit Pass/Long Term Visit Pass Plus(LTVP/LTVP+)

For these pass holders who are married to Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) holders, your employer can apply LOC and start working once it is approved.
